Grind Time: Doraku Sushi [PICS]

Hitting you with a double-dose of Grind Time this week, since my visit to Red Mango was actually preceded by pupus and sake at Doraku Sushi in the Royal Hawaiian Center.

The reason we were at Doraku was to check out the new sake samplers being introduced this month:

While there, we also got to try a few experimental pupus by new executive chef Todd Dae Kulper. He’s in the process of adding items to the menu at Doraku.

First up was some Kona kampachi sashimi:
