It might be easier to get away with parking there during the day when there is a lot of traffic in the area, but HPD actively patrols that lot after the Post Office closes. I've always been envious of the people waiting in line at the present location. They told me I can go through a back alley to go in from the back door, but I hated to think that as busy as they are they would have to waste that kind of time on me.
